SPCC Carbon Steel Plate

It is a product obtained from hot rolled sheet by cold pressure processing. The surface quality of the cold rolled sheet is superior to that of the hot rolled sheet, and good mechanical properties can be obtained after heat treatment.

1, the use of ordinary cold rolled plate classification

According to the different needs of the production enterprise, the cold-rolled plate is usually divided into: general cold-rolled plate, stamped cold-rolled plate, deep drawing, extra deep drawing and super deep drawing cold-rolled plate, generally delivered by coil and plate, the thickness is expressed in millimeters, the width is generally :1000mm and 1250mm, the length is generally 2000mm and 2500mm.

2, the grade of ordinary cold-rolled plate

Commonly used brands are :Q195, Q215, Q235, 08AL, SPCC, SPCD, SPCE, SPCEN, ST12, ST13, ST14, ST15, ST16, DC01, DC03, DC04, DC05, DC06, etc.

ST12: The most common steel number, and Q195, SPCC, DC01 grade material is basically the same

ST13/14: indicates the steel number of stamping grade, which is basically the same material as 08AL, SPCD and DC03/04 grades

ST15/16: indicates the steel number of stamping grade, which is basically the same material as 08AL, SPCE, SPCEN and DC05/06 grades.

3, the ordinary cold-rolled plate grade size expression method

For example, ST12, 1*1250*2500/C, is expressed as: grade ST12 ordinary cold plate, thickness is 1mm, width is 1250mm and length is 2500mm or C coil. The appearance is white iron fine packaging, mechanical for the most common, the most basic steel number, can only be used for bending molding, can not be used for stamping. Used for mechanical biting, such as refrigerator shell, vehicle fuel tank, etc

ST13 and above products are used in industries that require deep drawing, such as automobile manufacturing, diesel fuel tanks, etc., the specific type to be used depends on its deep drawing requirements.

The difference between ST12 and SPCC: the mechanical properties of the two products are almost the same, but the annealing method is different, and the tensile properties of ST12 materials are relatively stronger than SPCC.

Japanese JIS standard material meaning

SPCC-- S stands for Steel, P stands for Plate, C stands for Cold, C stands for Commercial, which is the Japanese JIS standard.

To ensure tensile strength, add T to the end of the grade, which is :SPCCT. SPCD-- cold-rolled carbon steel sheet and steel strip for stamping, equivalent to China's 08AL(13237) high-quality carbon structural steel. SPCE-- denotes cold rolled carbon steel sheet and steel strip for deep drawing, equivalent to China 08AL(5213) deep drawing steel. To ensure non-timeliness, add N to the end of the grade for SPCEN. Tempering code of cold-rolled carbon steel plate and steel strip: annealing state is A, standard tempering is S, 1/8 hardness is 8, 1/4 hardness is 4, 1/2 hardness is 2, full hardness is 1. Surface processing code: dull finishing for D, bright finishing for B. For example, SPCC-SD represents the standard tempered, matt finish rolled ordinary cold-rolled carbon sheet. Another example is SPCCT-SB, which means the standard tempered and bright processing, requiring the cold-rolled carbon sheet to ensure the mechanical properties. Another example is SPCC-1D, which means hard, dull, cold-rolled carbon steel sheet. The mechanical structure steel grade is expressed as :S+ carbon content + letter code (C, CK), where the carbon content is expressed by the middle value *100, the letter C represents carbon, and the letter K represents carburizing steel. For example, the carbon binding plate S20C has a carbon content of 0.18-0.23%.

Chinese GB standard material meaning

Basically divided into :Q195, Q215, Q235, Q255, Q275 and so on. Q indicates the first letter of the Chinese phonetic alphabet of the steel yield point "Qu" word, 195, 215, etc., indicating the value of the yield point, from the chemical composition of the low carbon steel grade Q195, Q215, Q235, Q255, Q275 grade, the larger the carbon content, the higher the manganese content, the more stable its plasticity
